Rentals
How do I rent a costume?
Browse our Rental page, find a costume you love, and contact us to check availability and reserve your dates.
How long is the rental period?
Standard rentals are for 3–7 days. Extended rental periods are available upon request.
What is your rental deposit policy?
A refundable deposit is required for all rentals. Please review our Rental Terms & Agreement for full details.
Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered items in original packaging. Rental items are not eligible for return.
