Returns and Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Custom-made or personalized costumes are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about your refund approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees, including return shipping, are non-refundable.
If your order was damaged upon arrival, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please email us first to confirm availability.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll send your replacement within 5–7 business days.
Non-returnable Items
Custom-made or tailored costumes, clearance or sale items, and accessories (such as wigs or masks) cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and production reasons.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Magic Stitch Studios is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
